You should read these terms and conditions before booking as they contain details regarding liability.

Advance booking and payment: Once we have received either electronically by e-mail
or by telephone a booking request. We will process pre-payment for the booking immediately using your debit card or credit card. If your payment is refused then your booking will not be made.

All our prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling Valet Parking at Stansted reserves
the right not to accept any booking.

Cancelling or changing your booking If you wish to cancel or change your booking you must do so in writing. Any deposits paid are non re-fundable.

There is a administration fee of 20% of the total booking fee for any cancellations!
We must receive your cancellation at least 7 days before the first day of your
booking for us to consider a refund.

If you do not give 7 days notice, no refund will be given. If you book within seven days
of your travelling date and then cancel no refund will be given. If for whatever reason
you do not make use of your booking and have not given us 7 days cancellation notice, any remaining balances will be taken from the credit or debit card you used to pay the deposit.

If you want to make any changes to your booking then you must do so by e-mailing or telephoning Valet parking at Stansted on 0844 8044747 (We may ask you to put any
changes to your booking in writing ).

If you need to change your booking, which means you reduce the number of days
of your car parking at Stansted then, we must receive details of your change to your booking at least 7 days before the first day of your booking to consider a refund.
If you do not give 7 days notice, no refund will be given.

No refunds will be given after your booking if you have not followed the cancellation and/or changes procedures detailed above. No refunds will be given if you return
from you trip early Liability while your car is with us.

As with all car parks you leave your car at your own risk!

Valet Parking at Stansted is not liable to you for any damage to your car or its contents,
while it is in our car park.

Major damage to your car while on route to and from our
car park will be covered by our insurance, however this does not include minor damage such as stone chips, minor scratches or damage to your windscreen.

We have two car parks, one is 6 miles from the terminal and other is 10 miles from the terminal so your car will be returned to you with a maximum of 20 miles added to it, by booking with us you are agreeing to this. If we are not able to meet you at the airport
due to circumstances out of our control, VPS can not be held
liable for any costs you may accur, including missing your flight, or other car parking charges.
